Mô tả công việc
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Operate CCTV and associated equipment
- Conduct surveillance monitoring of all gaming and other areas
- Observe and report on activity viewed via the CCTV system
- Detect occurrences of cheating and illegal activities
- Detect inaccuracies
- Be alert and vigilant – good concentration skills
- Assist the Supervisor and if required act as Supervisor
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of procedures of the areas that are monitored
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of department procedures
- Write reports and complete logs as required
- Guide and coach Surveillance Operators in their duties
- Be a reliable and dependable team member
- Meet all expectations of the position.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School preferred
- Minimum 2 years previous casino surveillance experience as an Officer or Senior in local or regional casino operations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
- Customer service and delivery focused
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues
- Good knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
